LIfe Is Not A Competition

It has been a bit of atime that I have published a post on this new website and I have been taking and thinking hard of ways to get 'the word out' to the community that everything is ok. Even life is OK.
We can all rise from from being sad to happy. Well that is what I think.

I think a lot of people face depression when there are drastic life changes that are detrimental to their lives. Or are they? We, as humans all like to be happy, excited and have fun. Then there is no emotional stress. As soon as we are born into this world, we are raised by our elders. parent and/or guardians and the feeling is we are competing to grow up.  By the time we start to think for ourselves, we are competing to be smart, fit and emotionly stress-free.

We are fed and clothed and the w e enter our educational school system to compete against each other for intelligence ranking and  a lot will study hard to reach their career life goals, Some will take it easy and join the workforce, where you compete with job interviews to get jobs. You compete for seats on public transport, you compete in swimming, atheletics and team sports as there  are winners and losers.

So, we compete in sports, education and when we reach the  real world and we are seeking partners, we will seek partners of the opposite sex and compete against others. We will seek marriage, to beat others to share your life and meet your dream come true partner of life. Then, we go shopping and each shop is competing to gain your spending powerness. Then there is competition with  wearing more beautiful clothes then your girlfriends are wearing and so life's competion goes on.

But is it supposed to be a competition. My answer is no. There is no need to prove to others you are better then others. There no need to look better than others. In God's eyes we are all equal. That means we stay equal and that in itself is powerful.

Image result for smiley faceSince I was young I was always cheerful and cracking jokes. That is just how I was and am. I consider myself a 'Happy' person even when people are down. I most say 'Hello' or 'Good Morning' when I was young. Now a days I say, 'Happy Monday' if it Monday, 'Happy Tuesday' if it is Tuesday etc.

The whole world would be a happier place if every day one person makes somone smiles, makes somebody laughs  by saying 'Happy Monday'  to one person. And then the dominoe  affect starts and within one  hour we could all be so happy, even the sad, depressed and peole who have high sense of negativity.

A simple message it is we can carry all over the world, Now it is up to you  to make someone happy and then there no feeling of being competing agianst others.
