Employers Need To Take Notice ' Take Mental Health Seriously - Mental Health Week - HRD Australia

Mental Health Week and this is a story about work stress.

Stress can come to anyone ant any point of one's life. Yet when stress comes from your working environment, that is one of many stress, we may all face.

A survey conducted by Human Resources Director, shows from a pocketful of employees from around our nation, a shocking result. If this was a complete national result then  stake holders will have to look at how employers and their managers  deal with this issue.

My question is, isn't it everyone's goal in business to ensure everyone's mind is at peace at work, at all times?
