We can think of many reasons why people, feel sad, let down and feel there is no meaning to life and sometimes we don't know that one person can make a difference.
I suppose, what do I mean, simply we have examples how anyone of us can prevent a loss of any life, through making someone feel better, more important and bring back self-pride.
Personally, I know I have affected positively to someone in our community that was being in the dark , whilst explaining their life and how her child has really grown up, working hard and leaves her at nights at home, lonely. Then there is the feeling of not making your garden work for you, by clearing it up and planting vegetables and fruits, and I also suggested if not doing much at home, some sort of volunteer work will be good. I said to her their is a meaning to life and life has a positive future.
I was overwhelmed that this person said I have inspired her to change her life and see the brighter sight of life and not think of potentially being suicidal. Well, that was 'Thank you ' note from God as I have experienced suicide through a very close family member, recently.
So I think, when we talk to people, who seem depressed, sad, see no future and carry burdens, carry the cross that Jesus has given us and inspire others to be positive in their life, get them to not only see the light in the darkness, let them turn their switch on, so the light shines on them and they see complete positiveness in their lives.
Thank you to that community person, for hinking that I was helpful - this is my payment required for my volunteer role - a saved life.
" A Sense Of Natural Well Being' is created to ease the minds of people that are not feeling well in all aspects of life and may not know what to do. This website will be a guide for people that seek that information, knowing there is support. The aim is to prevent any loss of life when life has ups and downs and can be resolved, ending in happier times.
