Sometimes completing survey on how we feel, can make us feel complete that we are being part of a community that can help professionals understand how we all feel. Then, it shows the real trend of where we may be going. To me, it is a good thing to be proud of and a great sense of well being involved.
Try it yourself. Feel happy!
August's online monthly survey asks a few questions about anxiety. If you would like to complete the survey, please access Relationships Australia website.
" A Sense Of Natural Well Being' is created to ease the minds of people that are not feeling well in all aspects of life and may not know what to do. This website will be a guide for people that seek that information, knowing there is support. The aim is to prevent any loss of life when life has ups and downs and can be resolved, ending in happier times.

One Of The Best Things To Do Is Go Out With Others And Have Fun...
One thing that that makes people unhappy is loneliness, feeling lost, desparate or not in touch with the outside world. 😃
For whatever reason we feel sad (I find this a better word than depression), happiness rises. How happiness rises it up to us individuals. I have lived on my own, in my younger years struggling to save and it does feel lonely. I found ways of getting out of thos mood and that was meet new people, go out of your way and enjoy yourself and a new life and begining will start.
When I was first married, in was true happiness in an unbelievable world. Yet, my marriage was different and rarely heard of over 30 years ago. I married a beautiful lady called Nirmala an Indian Fijian lady, we supported each other, lived a very happy life together and built our lives up, with 2 wonderful now grown up children.
Now almost one year coming one, when she commited suicide, it was so hard believe. From families, they believed that she was a strong character and always gave advice but took little in. She hardly asked for any advice. I believe from counselling, this is true that mostly the strong characters commit suicide as they hide their feelings. The mysterious sudden death is something I never saw coming and yes I have felt so sad and you never get over it.
I must place my head high and move on with my life so I can emkoy my life. I have since met a wonderful lady that is my current partner and we both love going to the bussh, land our rivers and seas. This is so we can experince our wonderful mother nature that is within 1 hour drive of Mount Druitt and thoroughly enjoy it. Life can turn around from sadness to happiness and sometimes, we don't plan it, it happens.
I am hoping my eife is happy in my heaven or her after life and I know that with my new life and partner , I will not be rembereing the good times I shared with my wife Nirmala. Be Happy! Going out is the best way to enjoy yourself, You have something to look forward for/too.
There are obviously other ways to enjoy yourself and meet new people, go to clubs where you are a member and provide volunteering services within the communiy, if you are working ou may go out for drinks/ outings with colleagues from work. Then you can meet individuals of the opposite sex and go on bush, land, sea and river dates, go on coubtry rides. Just breath our fresh air, feel refreshed. Just feel refreshed......
This change of life from negative thoughs to positive thoughts, can happen to you if you feel sad....

The Less Stress The More Feeling of Well Being
You all know as we all grow up, we all have different types of stress levels to handle. Each stress level in pending how crisis in life appears and that is determoned by yourself.
In the early part of lives , our biological parents make decisions for us and that is to bring life to us into this world by the Grace of God, no matter what religion belief you have. The there is the constant instant food and feeding, whilst you grow and adapt to bring a young child learning how to walk talk, run and make sentences. The as we start to make judgement decisions, how do we eat, sleep and keep our selves busy until we reach kindergarten. Then we start making decisions, trying to make friends, skipping lunch at school, learning more about life, educate ourselves - which may be stressful itself.
We compete against our friends, classmates, we are told by our parents how to live life correctly. Then, as we head towards our teens, we tend to go against our parents, little being said of what you are doing or not doing. Everyone is telling us what to do and what happens after High School, but do they know how our mind is and it is sensitive. We still want to make our own decisions.
Life is easy when happy times comes, but for happy times to arrive it take one or more people to make happy times happen. I think in our lives as we grow up there is a lot of us listening and feeding information and a lot of others teaching us as parents/close families and teachers, how to improve our life and live life with neverending studying.
Yet, when it comes to decisions the simple decisions could be difficult and the hard ones could be harder. Every day we make decisions in our life to wake up, have showers, brush teeth, make and have breakfast go to school/work learn or earn income, talk to your parents and close families.
These are simple every day decisions we make - but as we are growming up and we are thinking about what career we want to take up, which partner will we go out with, marry and the decision of having children and raising a family, whilst supporting them are decisions that may not be that easy.
We never know if it is the right thing/decision unless we try it and it should be right based on others thoughts - it should be right based on your own personal feels and understandings. It we stew and hold back these decisions - it prolongs our thoughts of it as a right decision?
Soimetimes our body makes decisions to rest and sleep and that is good as long it is the required sleep, this makes us calm. The most important thing when making deisions is to remain calm even if we think it is wrong. So many times I think my decisions wrong, yet others accept it as right. Then my life is more 'Happy'.😃
Again, you know if it is a right decision and you will know if it is a wrong decision, And that wrong decision can be rethought of and changed to a 'Right' decision. At the end of of the day, if you have lived thoughout the day and survided, you have loved your decisions: life will will be so positive for you. The quicker you make decisons , the easier life goes on a positive note.
