One smile, can start a friendship.
One word, can end a fight.
One look, can save a relationship.
One person can change your life.

Where There Is Walk There is Hope.........
So today, was a day I was to observe the organisation of 'The Hawkesbury Hope Walk', commencing from Clarendon Tennis Courts to the Richmond RAAF information centre. It was great day and the 3rd time it was held and for the 2nd time supported by the Western Sydney Suicide Prevention & Support Network (WSSP&SN). It was my first 'Hope' and will be first of many ' Hope' walks that I will attend and co-ordinate one in the Penrith LGA, which I would like it to be called Bridge to Bridge.
Anyway, the Hawkesbury Hope Walk is a growing walk - from 20
people the first year to 150 last year to
over 210 people this year. A lot of people taking the walk would have been a victim of Suicide either through family or close friends and there
would have been some that may have contemplated suicide and

The walk was an easy walk, where people could talk to each other and ask why they were here or maybe to let them do the walk quietly. A 2 kilometer or so walk is a gentle way we can get the message of hope and help to anyone that needs help. The 20-30 seconds of quiet reflection was a very important part before starting the walk.

I spoke to three men during and after the walk and two were strong men that had known of people that taken their own lives and one man had come to thank the organisation for allowing him to

participate and the way the Hawkesbury Walk 2019 was conducted. What I didn't realise was that there are so many people, victims of a suicide, at the event and we all must be mindful of how they feel and allow them to speak, when they want to speak.
Here are some videos to see. Help yourself to view all of them:

Have A 'Back UP Plan' - To Feel Happier......
This is what I wrote on ' A Sense Of Natural Well Being Face Book Page':
I now understand what can make people sad, upset and leading to be in a depression state of mind.
I believe that there is other people than yourself that are working against you every day based on work targets, based on travelling public transport, based on stepping outside your house, driving on roads. etc. They are there trying to belittle you, to make you feel smaller than you are to them, to yell, shout, at you. They feel you are competition to them. They feel they are supreme to you. They know what they are doing to you.
They want to catch you off guard. They want to tell your news to someone else when it is your own responsibility. They think they are winners and they are still racing.
Ever day of our lives is a successful day of our live: breathing the air, living the day, planning the day the day we want too. It is when we have distractions from others (like above), is how we face it We all have a 'mind of own' and we control all of our minds. The power is within us to push away these useless distractions and go forward looking for the 'back up plan'.
A 'back up plan', should always be in mind whilst you are living your daily life and if it not used, it means those distractions are not there, in your way.
Why is a 'Back up Plan' needed? Simply, to keep ourselves on the straight road of happiness, contentment and love: straight and narrow.
The ones you love may be testing you. That hurts as they should be ones listening to you, respecting you and most importantly loving you.
What do I mean of a back up plan?'
As an example, it could mean moving away from the City and go straight into the country. It could mean moving to another job (less pressured). It could mean ignoring the ones that make you feel bad for a while and supporting other family and friends. it could mean that you need time out from what you are doing and providing yourself with special important head space time - into our bush,, natural waterways and discover nature. Nature responds to you when to speak to nature, Nature doesn't hurt you,. Discovering nature is a relieving method to de-stress ourselves. Natural is a calming affect, a low cost way of enjoying life.
This is peace within our own mind. Emotionally,we need to defeat the distractions that cause us to be saddened, be upset and then depressed. Not by any negative way of dealing with it but with a positive mindset. The simple thing is to tell these people to make you happy not sad and look into their own lives to see why they have a sad mindset, then maybe you will they will look up to you and not look down to you.
Our own emotional happiness is important. I always say and preach to people, who are sad of themselves and environment, only you can change yourself and be happy and finding ways to do that you can do. Once you are happy then the people around will be happy full.
Most of the time of my life, I have a happy outlook on life You do the same - happiness is how you make yourself happy and remain happy

Late News..... NSW Talks About Going Towards 'Zero Suicide' - Media Release from NSW Government
It is good for Governments to come on board and not only talk but spend money towards the prevention of suicide.
Being a victim of a family member that had taken her life from our earth, I and my members of families are left with mysteries as why this occurred. I believe that nobody will find the real answers, even though there any thousands of thoughts coming from all directions within family members and friends.
If policies like the NSW Government come through, then the NSW Government is starting to understand the affects of loss of life through suicide, within our community. More needs to be done for example awareness of.....

Freedom To Be Yourself - Video
I know this is a christian video - but when we think about it - 'Freedom to be yourself' is important knowing that your mind and body doesn't need permission from others to do things. We can read books when we wanted too, we can eat and drink, when we want too, we can work when we want too, we can rest when we want too and we can sleep when we want too.
We even have time to think of good things of life, smile and be happy.
